We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with daily cleaning service and new towels provided every day. The hotel facilities were excellent, with free and safe parking available and a good restaurant downstairs with fair prices. The location, although far away from the city center, was easily accessible by tram, with tram number 14 taking us right into the city center. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help.

Actually we stayed at Grand Felix. The hotel is pretty nice and its accommodation are very comfortable, however the internet conection in the room didn't work very good. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Not obvious to find.

There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and a tram stop within walking distance. The neighborhood is quite. The price was right. The room was clean. Ideal for someone with a tight budget and just needing a place to stay. I at first did not have my passport to check-in, they allowed me to stay the first night without paying and without a passport. I paid the next day and was told it would be cheaper in cash, but I just paid the quoted price with credit.

The 1 bed was broken, so I slept on the other one. Reading lights above the bed, which I might not have used anyways, were not usable because the cords were not long enough to stretch to the nearest outlet.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and accommodating. They made the check-in process smooth and even allowed me to check in early. The rooms were comfortable, warm, and clean, making my stay very pleasant. the hotel had a luggage storage area which was very convenient.

One downside of the hotel was its location, as it was a bit far from the city center. However, I was able to easily reach the city center using tram 52, which took around 25 minutes.
